I just gotta express my gratitude for the amazing service in getting my stylus to me so quickly. Your site mentioned that online orders during the Christmas/New Year rush wouldn’t ship until January 3rd, but my order showed up just a day after I placed it on December 28th!
My vinyl collection is up and running again and it sounds fantastic!

"Problems with My Turntable"
I ran into some trouble with my turntable, and they offered me guidance on how to fix it, even though I hadn't bought anything from them this time. I've shopped with them before and plan to keep doing so since I need a new stylus. I really wish all sellers were this accommodating.

They've got a really wide range of accessories. The website is super user-friendly, and paying online is a breeze. The replacement stylus arrived quickly (great to know it was made in Switzerland). I’d definitely suggest Mantra-Audio and will be back for sure.

Awesome support! I mistakenly ordered the wrong stylus, shot them an email, and within an hour, they got back to me. Another hour later, the problem was sorted out, and they shipped me a replacement the very next day. Fantastic service, I'll surely be back!

I recently purchased a stylus for my turntable from this company. When it arrived, I noticed it was faulty, so I shot an email to Mantra Audio to let them know. To my surprise, I got a response in under two hours saying they’d send out a replacement and even provide a prepaid return label for the defective one. The very next morning, the new stylus showed up in first-class mail. Honestly, I can't find anything to criticize about this business. Their service was absolutely top-notch.
